At Learning Express Houston, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
